Welcome to Quesnel in the heart of British Columbia's Cariboo District.

We are very pleased to once again be hosting the NMRA PNR 7th Division Spring Meet and Public Show. For 2012 we have a much-larger 13,000 square foot display hall for Operating Layouts, Displays and Vendor and Swap Tables. And additional space for Clinics and Food Events. We are working hard to make this meet one of the largest 7th Division Spring Meets ever held. All events, with the exception of the self-guided layout tours, will be held in one venue - the Quesnel Curling Rink.

We have confirmation that the Salmon Arm Model Railroad Association and the North Okanagan Model Railroad Club (Vernon) will bring their excellent operating layouts. Locally-based Cariboo Free-mo is organizing a large Free-mo Layout and we are working on several other smaller layouts.

The Quesnel Model Railroaders will have their club open in the Maple Park Mall during the meet and our local layouts will be open during the self-guided layout tours.

The meet will also offer Contests, Door Prizes, a Friday night Burger Night with entertainment, Non Rail Tours on Saturday and Sunday and a banquet featuring a presentation and slide show on the history of the Kettle Valley Railway by noted railway author Barrie Sanford.

The Goldpan Express 2012 Committee thank you for your interest in our Spring Meet and we look forward to seeing you in Quesnel for GOLDPAN EXPRESS 2012. Please check back often as we update our web site.
